What does a site supervisor do?
They regularly check that what is being built matches the project, the specifications and the budget. They verify materials, workmanship and progress, catch construction errors early and send you photo reports so you know how your project is going without having to be there.
How much does site supervision cost?
It depends on the size of the project and the number of visits per week. We work with supervision packages tailored to each project; we explain them on a call, and the quote is free with no obligation.
What does a construction budget include?
A bill of quantities, unit price analysis, quantity take-off, labor estimate and cost planning by stage. With it you know how much you will invest, you can compare contractors' quotes and avoid unnecessary purchases.
Do you take on small projects or only large developments?
Both. The team has worked on towers, shopping centers and residential developments, and also handles houses, extensions and remodels. Experience on large projects shows in the order and control we bring to any scale.
Do you work outside Puebla?
Yes. We cover Mexico City, State of Mexico, Puebla, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tulum, Querétaro and Mérida. Visits are scheduled according to the package, and reports arrive by email or WhatsApp.
Are the site supervisor and the site manager the same?
No. The site manager (residente) works for the builder and runs the site day to day. The supervisor works for the owner: they independently check that what the builder does is correct, well executed and matches what is being paid for.
What is a bill of quantities?
It is the ordered list of all the work items in a project (excavation, foundations, walls, installations, finishes…), each with its unit and quantity. Together with unit prices, it lets you compare contractors' quotes on equal terms and pay only for work actually done.
Can I hire only the budget or only the supervision?
Yes. They are independent services. Many clients start with the budget and then hire supervision to make sure the project is built as budgeted.
